Same-Day Cancellations:

Time is precious and not replaceable. There is a same day cancellation fee of half the price of services for NO SHOWS at the suite or your space. There is a 15 min grace period for each appointment which you will be allowed to receive treatment with the remaining time left. This is to ensure that you have an efficient and healthy full body treatment and that set up and intake are done properly. After 15 minutes, it is considered a NO SHOW and you will be charged the fee. When you rebook, your deposit fee will be 50% the cost of your services with the remaining balance being due at the end of your appointment.

Regular Cancellations:

There are always abrupt unfortunate events in life that challenge us to keep appointments. You are allowed to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment without any penalties. ANYTHING LATER THAN 24 HOURS IS VOID AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED 25% OF THE SERVICE FOR CANCELLATIONS.

Reschedule:

You will receive a confirmation text two days prior to your appointment, which is when you have the option to reschedule. Simply reply RESCHEDULE and you may book for an alternate date.
